ISL6244CRZ-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 4 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 80kHz~1MHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . 32 terminations with a variety of function.
