ISL6268CAZ Overview
Capsuled in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 7V~25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 200kHz~600kHz . As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
