ISL6306IRZ-T Overview
It comes in the QFN EP package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1MHz position.
