ISL6307BCRZ Overview
It comes in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 6 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.75V~5.25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
