ISL6307BIRZ Overview
Capsuled in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For outputs of 6, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.75V~5.25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 48 terminations.
