ISL6316CRZ-T Overview

With a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start.
