ISL6327AIRZ-T Overview


As a result of 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 6 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 80kHz~1MHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
