ISL6398HRTZ-T Overview
6 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With PWM dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. This switching controller can switch at 2.025MHz. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 98 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off. Ideally, dc regulator should be kept at a temperature of -10°C or higher. A temperature of 100°C degrees Celsius is recommended. There will be 400A current output from the dc switcher above 400A. Switches with 6 phases are used in this controller.
