ISL6398HRTZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 6 outputs. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. Workable in an dc switcher where -10°C~100°C TA is the -10°C~100°C TArm. The switching controller can be switched at 120kHz~2.025MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT output.
