ISL6398IRTZ-T Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of dealing with PWM dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThis switching controller can switch at 2.025MHz. There are a total of 40 pins on switching converter. Power-up and power-down reliability is ensured voltage regulator dc to dc by setting the maximum duty cycle to 98 %. As DC switcher has a Surface Mount, it's suitable for most applications and prototype designs. When running the voltage regulator dc to dc in a circuit, users should apply 5.25V to ensure safety and reliability. Ideally, dc regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher. At85°C, dc regulator should run. This is an ideal solution for switching controllers with 180A inputs. It outputs a voltage of 3.04V when working normally. The dc switcher will not provide an output current greater than 400A. With this controller, the phase is 6.
