ISL6398IRTZ-TK Overview
In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 6 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 4.75V~5.25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 120kHz~2.025MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Switch converters are connected to ICs with POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog outputs.
