ISL6406IV Overview
In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 2.97V~3.63V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 100kHz~715kHz that can be used with this controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control which allows efficient switching control.
