ISL6420AIR-TK Overview
As a result of 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 5.6V~28V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
