ISL6420BIAZ-TK Overview
With its 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 5.6V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Switching can be done at 100kHz~1.4MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.
