ISL6420BIRZ Overview
Capsuled in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 5.6V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
