ISL6420IA Overview
With a 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 5.6V~16V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
