As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 4.5V~5.5V volts and has 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Phase Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
