ISL6439AIB Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 2.97V~3.63V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 600kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control.
