With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 2.97V~3.63V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
