ISL6439IR Overview
It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 3.3V. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 3.465V input voltage, it is important to take note of this.
