ISL6440IAZ-T Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. There is a Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 5.6V~24V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. In addition to "ISL6440", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find.
