ISL6440IAZ-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. There is a Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 5.6V~24V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
