ISL6440IAZ-T7 Overview
As a result of 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 5.6V~24V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. ISL6440 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
