ISL6520AIRZ Overview
With a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher.
