ISL6520AIRZ-T Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 4.5V~5.5V and has a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
