ISL6522BCR-T Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10.8V~13.2V. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. ISL6522B can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
