Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10.8V~13.2V. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
