ISL6522CV Overview
Capsuled in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 200kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
