ISL6522IBZR5190 Overview
The switching controller fits in the SOIC package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Switching can be done at 1MHz with this switching controller. The switching converter has a total of 14 pins. During power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set to 100 %. DC switcher's Surface Mount qualifies it for most applications and prototypes. It is suggested that users apply 12V to the voltage regulator dc to dc in order to run it safely and reliably in a circuit. DC regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher. The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius. The controller can switch at the maximum frequency of 1MHz. Input values of 500mA make it ideal for switching controllers. When it is working normally, it outputs a value of 12V.
