ISL6522IVZ-T Overview
Capsuled in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem.
