ISL6525CB Overview
With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 10.8V~13.2V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 200kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
