ISL6525CBZ Overview
With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
