Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 2.97V~3.63V and has a 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
