ISL6527ACR-T Overview


In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 2.97V~3.63V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
