ISL6527AIRZ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2.97V~3.63V volts and has 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 600kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
