ISL6527IBZ-T Overview
It comes in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sA 2.97V~3.63V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 600kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 14 terminations with various dc switching's functions. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 3.3V.
