ISL6527IR Overview
It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2.97V~3.63V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 600kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
