ISL6535IBZ-T Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's10.8V~13.2V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 14 terminations.
