Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control.
