ISL6540AIRZA Overview
As a result of 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.97V~22V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 250kHz~2MHz . The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. In addition to "ISL6540", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find.
