ISL6545IBZ Overview
As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 4.5V~14.4V and has a 4.5V~14.4V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
