ISL6551ABZ Overview
The switching controller fits in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~105°C TA.
