ISL6559CR-T Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 4 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. It can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good.
