A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package.Tube represents the package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.On the board, there are 8 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 33V.
