The 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number ISL6609.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 36V.
