For greater flexibility, the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.A total of 4 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 16 terminations.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A total of 16 pins are available for component connections.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
