In order to increase flexibility, the package 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 7V~13.2V demonstrates its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6612B.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.On the board, there are 10 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
