For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6612.The number of component pins is 8.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
