A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.The board has a total of 8 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
