A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10.8V~13.2V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
