Its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Its configuration is based on a total of 14 terminations.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The board has a total of 14 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 36V.
